All major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

  

 

You will save on shipping costs when ordering more than one rod in the same purchase. Up to three casting rods can fit into the same tube. Up to two spin rods can be shipped in the same tube. A combination of one spin rod and one casting rod can fit in the same tube.

If only one tube is used, only one freight cost is charged. Our on-line ordering system will automatically calculate this for you.

 

 

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday. In many instances, orders ship sooner.

 

 

All orders are shipped via Fedex ground with the exception being APO or military addresses which ship via USPS. Delivery methods are as follows:

Order shipping within the United States

~ Standard Delivery: Millerods will process your order so that all in-stock rods will be delivered 3-6 days after departure from our facility.

Orders outside the United States

All international orders will be have a delivery price quoted via email for the customer to confirm. Please note that Millerods is not responsible for delays due to customs inspection.

~ International Priority Delivery: Our preferred method of shipping outside the USA. Typically, this is the best value when considering transit time and cost. Packages typically arrive at the destination country’s sorting facility within 3 business days after departure from our facility.

~ International Economy delivery: Once shipped from our facility, orders delivered via International Economy typically arrive at the destination country’s sorting facility within 6 business days after leaving our facility.

 

 

Because we do not have control over the use of the products sold on this website, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

 

 

If we are out of stock on an item, you may choose for us to backorder this item and ship later – Millerods only allows one backorder shipment per order placed.

Millerods only backorders items for US domestic shipments. Please specify at checkout if you would like an out of stock item backordered. Backorder deliveries incur no additional shipping charges to the customer.

In the event of an extended backorder delay, Millerods will offer the customer the option of cancelling the backorder.

Backorders are not accepted outside the Continental United States – Orders delivered outside the United States will have in-stock items shipped and out of stock items cancelled.

 

 

The price of your order does not include taxes and/or duties owed on your international order.

All recipients of international shipments from Millerods are responsible for any local import duties that may be charged. As with any international shipment, your local customs office may detain the merchandise and delay its arrival while assessing appropriate duty charges. Taxes differ in each country, so unfortunately we cannot tell you the exact tax rate in your country.

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Customer Service within 21 days of delivery. Please email Info.millerods@gmail.com to receive authorization to return before sending.

Returns/exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Returns/exchanges after 21 days WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All returns MUST be in original packaging and unused and re-sellable condition. If you have any questions regarding this please inquire at the time you place your order.

WARRANTY and Replacement INFORMATION

LIMITED ROD WARRANTY

Every Millerod is covered by a limited warranty for one year against defects in manufacturing and/or faulty materials. Please note that this warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications or repair, normal wear or excessive wear caused by neglect or lack of maintenance.

Also note that this warranty is limited only to replacement or repair of the original fishing rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims at the time of the claim. A $25 shipping charge is required to be paid for the new rod shipping.

This warranty is not transferable, and is only applicable to the original owner. Please email info.millerods@gmail.com to start a warranty claim.

 

NO FUSS REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Literally, this is our no fuss rod replacement program for breakages not covered by warranty - for either how the rod was broken or being outside the warranty period. This is a one time offer to the original purchaser of each purchased rod for a period of up to 5 years after purchase. All we require is proof of that purchase and a small section of the broken rod returned to us (see below). This can be carried out direct with us or via the point of sale dealer. The cost of replacement is $99 for two years after purchase, or $150 for 3-5 years after purchase.
